The Red Thistle Dancers have been guest artists at the San Francisco Ethnic Dance Festival and at international festivals all over the world, performing Scottish Country, Scottish Step, and Highland dancing to traditional music with Red Thistle Music.

Los Lupeños De San José is one of the oldest one of the oldest Mexican folk dance companies in the United States, founded in 1969, providing authentic and traditional dances of the region.

Antika Bulgaria brings authentic music and dances from Bulgaria with its distinctive rhythms, traditional drums and Bulgarian bagpipes.

The San Francisco Flamenco Dance Company  brings to life the Spanish art form combining guitar playing ("guitarra"), song ("cante"), and dance ("baile"). Flamenco originated in the southern regions of Spain with influences from several other traditions.

The House of Inanna Belly Dance brings a fusion of modern Tribal Style belly dancing with influences from traditional Egyptian cabaret and Silk Road cultures from Morocco, Turkey and India.

The San Jose School of Highland Dance, founded in the 1960s, continues to train highly competitive dancers in the solo dancing style developed in the Scottish Highlands in the nineteenth and twentieth centuries.  This form of dance is traditionally accompanied by the music of the Great Highland bagpipes.
