Dear Dancers,
I am VERY pleased with how well the Filoli performance went today! I am VERY pleased with the Country dancing and the Highland / Step dancing. Covering, partnering and team work were all great! And the music, as always, was stellar and added so much more to our performance.
We had a good crowd watching us today – including several knowledgeable folks from our SCD community! I received many wonderful comments from them and others about our performance – including the comments about how everyone was smiling and appeared to be enjoying themselves! These are the performance qualities we want to maintain and always include!
I am pleased with how well everyone prepared for today’s performance. Everyone was on time, dressed and ready to go. Everyone was focused through the walk-throughs. I didn’t see any glitches with entrances and exits – the Filoli venue presents its challenges with entrances and exits.
Thank you all for your focus and attention to the task at hand! Thank you for the hard work to prepare for today’s performance! I can’t wait for us to do it all again in December!!!
