Thanks to a really g
reat team effort, we pulled off an excellent performance yesterday, despite our diminished rehearsal time. Congratulations to all of you. I saw happy faces, good eye contact really nice teamwork and covering good hands and rapport with the audience. That lovely Ballroom is so well suited to what we can offer, I sincerely hope this will be the start of a long and amicable relationship. The live accoustics made our musicans sound really wonderful, tempos were goodmand the exits and entances worked even in the limited space. Quite a few visitors were sincerely dismayed at having missed the show and others said they were glad to have been there on that day just to see the lovely costumes. We cannot rest upon our laurels however, there is another performance to come - and it must be at least as good! Remember to check your costumes for any minor maintenance that might be needed and keep everything together. This week we will run throught the whole program with the Sunday cast. John’s video worked well so you should be able to judge for yourselves . Jennifer
